DC/DC Converters All DC to DC voltage converters have been designed to meet the highest level of standards for reliability for use in transportation, marine, heavy equipment, mobile and other applications. All cases are of high-impact heavy-duty construction.
Models are available to step down and stabilize DC volts, to run 12 or 24 volt electronics from 24 volt to 110 volt battery systems. |

At input lower than 34 volt converter will lock-out. Converter restart at input >42 volt DC. At output >33 volt DC TRANZORB will short-circuit. (TRANZORB must be changed at factory) -20ºC to +70ºC. Converter will lock-out at heatsink >72ºC to 81ºC. Converter will restart at approximate 60ºC. -40ºC to +85ºC. Converter coated with Fluorad FC721 Heatsink open frame: 75x125x200mm. Case II: (Wiper-control) 144x165x215mm. |
Vibration:
The DC-DC converter operates satisfactory after having passed the vibrationstest as described in MIL-STD-810C, Method 514,2,procedure VIII, Accelration level f.f. graph V. |
Heat/humidity test:
The DC-DC converter should pass the test mentioned in IEC 68-2 and be capable of operating satisfactory all through the test. | |
